Bronze Sustainability Package: Normally $150 NOW $98
This package is great for new home owners who would like an independent assessment of their house without bias towards certain products.

This is also ideal for pre purchase inspections. Don’t buy a green lemon! With potential changes coming with Mandatory disclosure, you must ensure that the house you are about to purchase is not going to cost you money for the future.

The bronze sustainability package includes:

• Independent report from Greenplan Environmental Solutions calculator
• Onsite inspection.
• Preview report available onsite.
• Mail out of final report, including recommendations.

Silver Sustainability Package: $300

• This independent Green Plan Environmental Solutions assessment and report will give you the information you require on your home to decide where best to implement new sustainability plans. We will base the report on information from your home and energy usage, and ensure the solutions are non biased.
• We will consult with you to find out your budget and what government rebates you may be eligible for.
• Full written report with savings and solutions.

Gold Sustainability Package: $450

This gold star package can be tailored to your needs and budget. We start with a comprehensive consultation with you to decide what your expectations, vision, budget and needs are. We then:

• Complete a thermal assessment using Accurate star software
• Complete a gold star Greenplan Environmental Solutions report using our cost, risk and solutions calculator.
• The final reports will aim to give your house its current star rating, and then depending on what solutions are implemented its new star rating
• We will then sit with you and go through the report its findings and the solutions.

This is a great package for those home owners who are truly passionate about turning their home into a sustainable, comfortable, cost saving abode. This package can be for home owners who would like to become fully sustainable through to home owners who would like to keep their standard of living and creature comforts but interested in becoming as sustainable as possible without changing the look or feel of their home. Platinum Project managment: Price to be determined after consultation

After Greenplan Environmental solutions has complete any of the sustainability packages on your home we can help you source and install products. Depending on our customers' needs we can project manage your installation of sustainable products in your home. This may include:
" Procuring quotes from 3 companies
" Going through the features and benefits of each quote. The final decision is your, but we will take the time to go through each of these for you.
" Assisting in communication with other companies.
" Being on site in your home to ensure that the environmental measures are going smoothly.
We do not align ourselves with any company and work tirelessly to ensure that companies we may source are insured, registered businesses and registered builders or installers. We cannot insure their work but we are there to help you with your decision. Where possible we look to companies that have a true environmental passion and are working with ethical standards of trading, building and people management.
